During this period, possible malfunctions arising from manufacturing are repaired free of charge.
The warranty period begins on the day the transformer is loaded for shipment from our factory.

On-Site Service
Our mobile service vehicle can perform on-site maintenance and repair operations without having to remove transformers from their location. This method saves time and money, while ensuring that businesses are minimally affected by power outages. In addition, the safety of the device is ensured during assembly and disassembly operations and any risk of damage is eliminated.

Oil Change in Accordance with Standards and Environmental Awareness
Transformer oil is a critical component for the performance of the device. We perform oil change operations on-site with our mobile service and use methods that comply with national and international standards in this process. In the recycling of old transformer oils, the “Treatment” process is applied to remove water, sediment and other materials. Thus, while contributing to environmental awareness, cost advantage is also achieved.
