Dağıtım Tipi Transformatör

Distribution transformers are transformers that provide the final voltage transformation in the electrical distribution system and reduce the voltage used in the distribution lines to the level used by the customer. Distribution transformers are manufactured as three-phase, oil-immersed (mineral, silicone or fireproof oil), naturally cooled (ONAN), forced cooled (ONAN/ONAF), with expansion tanks open to the atmosphere, hermetic fully closed to the atmosphere, with idle tap changers or on-load tap changers, with cable boxes, with porcelain insulators or epoxy resin insulators (plug in bushing) according to customer requests, specifications and specified standards.

Hermetic Transformer

Hermetic Transformers are transformers that are subjected to the process of purification of air gaps in the coils in vacuum furnaces. In this system, which is called the fully closed type to the atmosphere, the transformer oil is completely cut off from the atmosphere, unlike the types with oil expansion tanks. The advantage of this is that the working life of the oil, which is not connected to the atmospheric humidity, is extended. Since there is no contact with the air, oil change and extra maintenance are not required. The corrugated walls on the transformer are designed in accordance with the expansion of the heated oil.

Transformer with Expansion Tank

The core and coil structure of transformers with expansion tanks are the same as hermetic transformers. The dimensions of the expansion tank are calculated and designed to store the expansion of the oil that increases with temperature. It is open to the atmosphere and the moisture in the air is prevented from penetrating into the oil inside the transformer by means of silica gel (air dryer). The dimensions of the expansion tank on the transformer are designed in accordance with the expansion of the heated oil.

Dry Type Transformer

Dry type transformers are produced with natural air cooling (AN) or fan cooling (AF) options and environmentally friendly materials are used. They differ from oil type transformers according to the cooling method. HV windings are transformers coated under vacuum with epoxy cast resin. It has more advantages than oil type transformers due to the fact that it does not have a cooling liquid that is harmful to the environment such as oil, it has less fire risk, it does not require maintenance, it is resistant to humidity and moisture, it can be put into operation without any problems at any time despite not being in operation for a long time and it can be loaded up to 40% more than the nominal power with fan cooling support.

Orta Güç - Gerilim Transformatör

Kuru tip transformatörler; doğal hava soğutmalı (AN) veya fan soğutmalı (AF) seçeneğiyle üretilmekte, çevre dostu malzemeler kullanılmaktadır. Soğutma yöntemine göre yağlı tip transformatörlere göre farklılık göstermektedir. YG sargıları, epoksi dökme reçine ile vakum altında kaplanan transformatörlerdir. Yağ gibi çevreye zararlı bir soğutma sıvısının olmaması, yangın riskinin daha az olması, bakım gerektirmemesi, rutubet ve neme karşı dayanıklı olması, uzun süre işletmede olmamasına rağmen her an sorunsuz devreye alınabilme özelliği ve fan soğutma takviyesi ile nominal gücün %40’ına kadar fazla yüklenebilmesi gibi nedenlerle yağlı tip transformatörlere göre daha avantajlıdır.
